For occupied properties, we schedule work around tenant and operational needs. Night work, weekend work, and phased-by-building schedules are all options we routinely accommodate. We use low-odor, low-VOC commercial coatings when working in occupied spaces, and we coordinate directly with property managers to minimize disruption throughout the project.
