Plan Your Exterior Painting Estimate
An exterior quote should identify the surfaces and preparation involved. Two homes with a similar floor area can need very different amounts of repair, access equipment and coating work.
Surfaces and boundaries
List walls, fascia, eaves, trim, doors and other surfaces separately. Confirm which repairs and areas are included before comparing estimates.
Condition and exposure
Point out peeling paint, cracks and damaged wood. We choose spray, brush or back-roll according to the surface and coating plan; some textured surfaces and older siding benefit from immediate back-rolling, while smoother surfaces may need a different approach.
Access and schedule
Discuss stories, slopes, landscaping, access around the property and weather-dependent work. Confirm the expected sequence after the site assessment.
The Clairemont project account includes stucco, eaves and fascia, gutters and doors, with minor stucco repairs and scraping and sanding on trim. The gallery also includes the existing La Jolla project; it is not a second coastal case. Finished photographs do not show every preparation step.
